Now you can access "TheLabelmaker" entry form AND "Create and Print" from this page. See button below for Create and Print.

Second, You can upload your images as well as data using TheLabelmaker form. You will need to have your images ready before you begin.

Your name will be automatically added to the image file names by Google (as long as you are using your own account), but you do need to include the title of the artwork in the filename.

​As always, images are only needed for artworks appearing in the main gallery or in the Featured Exhibit Wing (FEW).

You may use this form to enter up to ten pieces in any one venue at a time. SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU PRESS THE FINAL "SUBMIT" BUTTON.

You will receive a confirmation email once submissions are complete. DO NOT RE-ENTER ITEMS without first checking your email followed by permission by Jay, Martha, or Gloria if no email was found.

Please enter every time you display a piece in a given venue.  This form enables inventory control for all venues including online presentations.
