Student Art Contest
For Berks County, PA Students in Grades 1-12
The students in grades 1-12 of all schools in Berks County, are invited to “capture the nature of Nolde Forest in art.”
The contest is open to all Berks County, PA public, private and parochial schools, privately homeschooled students and homeschool cooperatives with at least some of the students residing in Berks County.
Students are encouraged to look at the natural beauty and resources through an artistic eye. Paint, pencil, marker, crayon, photography, clay–all media will be welcomed. The creative period for the county-wide student art contest begins now and will extend into April of 2024.
Teachers may register their school at any time until April 1, 2024. By doing so, they are assured of having finalists in the May, 2024 exhibit at Nolde Forest Mansion. Independent entries will be submitted and reviewed between March 15 and April 1, 2024.
The finalists’ will be notified by April 12. Their artwork will be exhibited at Nolde Forest Mansion, and the awards presented will be presented there on May 5, 2024.
