PAWR 2026 Application
Please follow the instructions below to submit images for jurying:
Tap the "Apply Now" button below to open a Google Form and begin the application process. It will connect to your Google Account or give you the option of opening one. You may also to choose to sign in as a guest, an option that will require tedious security procedures. We recommend opening a Google Account if you do not have one because, if accepted, you will need to use other Google forms throughout the contest. Google applications are free and work with all operating systems.
• You will need to submit three images in JPEG format of recent work created primarily plein air during the last 3 years.
• iPhone users must convert HEIC images to JPG. (HEIC images may be invisible downstream in linked applications.)
• Show only the image; no frame, mat or background.
• Prepare image file before you proceed. (See Image Tips)
• We recommend you rename files with title and medium as in the following examples: "tree top majesty oil.jpg" or "treetopmajesty_oil.jpg." Filenames may include spaces. Do not type ".jpg" in file name; the file type ("jpg") is assigned by imaging software.
• Image files must be smaller than 10 Mb. We recommend resizing files to between 1200 pixels and 2000 pixels on the longest side. (See Image Tips for guidance).
When you complete all required fields, use the "Submit" button to upload your images and pay your entry fee.
A pop-up confirmation message will let you know you've completed the application successfully. A link to pay the entry fee will appear in that message in colored type.
You will also receive an email confirmation giving you the the opportunity to fix typos within a few hours. The form is set to prevent you from attempting a second application. (Warning: IMAGE UPLOADS CANNOT BE EDITED OR CHANGED.)
