Each Spring, one Berks County senior who has been accepted into a college-level fine art, art education or commercial art curriculum will be awarded an Art Plus Gallery Art scholarship in the amount of $1000!
All scholarship money is to be applied to tuition, textbooks or other requisite course materials.

At the time of application, student applicants must be enrolled at the senior class level in a Berks County public, private, charter or home school, and display proven artistic ability in one or more of the following mediums: drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, fine craft or fine art photography or digital art media.

- Incomplete applications will not be considered
- Applicants may be asked to interview with the Scholarship Awards Committee
- Family members and relatives of Art Plus Gallery’s members are not eligible
- The scholarship award of $1000 will be applied to college tuition, textbooks or other requisite course materials
- Applications must be received no later than May 8, 2026
- Winner will be chosen and notified of selection by May 18, 2025

For Students: Before beginning your application below, please have the following things ready for upload:

- A jpeg or pdf of your current High School Report card indicating at least a 3.0 GPA during this year
- A jpeg or pdf of your college acceptance letter indicating your intended major to an accredited college or post-secondary school for the Fall of 2025 semester. Eligible students may be majoring in fine arts, art education or commercial arts.
- PDFs of two letters of recommendation, at least one of which should be from an art teacher.
- 10 jpegs of your artwork no larger than 2mgs each. All work must be original artwork created solely by applicant. Acceptable media for application: drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, fine craft, fine art photography and digital art
- A 250-500 word essay in response to one or more of the essay questions.
